There’s the option to read anything from one piece at a time to reading from cover to cover. There's also some characterful illustrations throughout to bring the scenes to life. My favourites of the collection are ‘The Haunting of Padfield Estate’ which has quite a sad start to a story only for it to end on a really sweet note of friendship. ‘The Ballad of Rexy’ made me laugh as it crafts the image of a fitness fanatic T-Rex. I loved the message to believe in yourself from ‘The Magic Fork’ and I thought the twist at the end of ‘All in a Night’s Work’ was brilliant. In all I think that Scrapbook of Dreams is a collection that can easily be read and enjoyed by the whole family.
