If so, you are responsible for confirming you have the written agreement and permissions of any individuals identified in your application, to pass their information to LoveReading4Kids.
We will only use this information for the purposes of assessing your application, answering your enquiries, managing or monitoring any grant awarded, related administration or research purposes.
How we process your information
We will only use personal information for grant making and research purposes. We will archive successful grant applications for up to seven years, but the information will be kept secured and updated if necessary.
Your personal information will not be shared with a third party unless you have previously been informed and given express consent, or it is required by law, such as with the HMRC or with the police for the detection or prevention of crime.
