Vincent Batignole lives in Paris where he creates cute, absurd & creepy stories, hoping they will both amuse and terrify readers all over the world!
His professional journey started in 2005 with the goth comic series “GloomCookie”, created by Serena Valentino (Disney’s “Fairest of All”) and Ted Naifeh (“Courtney Crumrin”). Since then, he’s been illustrating projects and writing for various international clients (Penguin, Scholastic, Hyperion, Animeland…), worked on zines and webcomics, while earning a master’s degree in cinema history and film analysis.
