about the author ज्योति तिवारी भारत के पुरुष अधिकार आन्दोलन की विशिष्ट व्यक्तित्व हैं। इन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई केंद्रीय विद्यालय से शुरू की और पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी से हिंदी में ऑनर्स की डिग्री प्राप्त की। पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी ने इन्हें वर्ष 1995 में “डॉ. हजारी प्रसाद द्विवेदी” गोल्ड प्रदान किया। वर्ष 1997 में प्रेमचंद कहानी पुरुस्कार से भी सम्मानित किया गया। सन 2002 में इन्होंने आकाशवाणी लखनऊ में बतौर समाचार वाचक सह-अनुवादक पद पर काम करना शुरु किया। साथ ही, भारतीय विद्या भवन से पत्रकारिता में डिप्लोमा भी प्राप्त किया। 2012 में एक पारिवारिक त्रासदी के कारण, इन्हें पुरुषों के लिए आवाज उठाने की प्रेरणा मिली। इन्होंने इस मुहिम में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।
