Ebony Carter was born in Detroit, MI. As a very shy child she enjoyed reading, drawing and getting lost in her imagination and always dreamed of being an author and an artist. Ebony graduated from college with a degree in graphic design and is also a certified yoga therapist. She currently lives with her husband, two beautiful daughters and a tortoise in Oakland, CA.
