I can’t wait to pop this book into my school bag on its way to the photocopier. It is just what we have all been looking for.
So many times tables, photocopiable books are somewhat bland or pitched for KS1, or only cover multiplication worksheets up to 10x10.
This therefore is a revelation. It is fantastic to find worksheets that don’t patronise those children who find learning tables difficult, but still need the practise.
The worksheets are clear and detailed and progress from the 2x to 12x tables. What I particularly like is that they are relatable to other elements of maths, such as shape, word problems, division and fractions. The exercises are varied and visually inspiring. There are fun exercises, moral boosting certificates and a clear introduction and glossary of terms.
It is a really clever and innovative resource for any KS1 and 2 maths teacher.
