With her friends Podge and Oswald and the help of magical stardust bunnies Bonnie, Bluford and Buzz, Celeste does a brilliant job delivering the post in the cosmic realm of Galaxandria. At least until someone starts stealing the parcels and letters, including a special delivery for Captain Valentina Valo, commander of the City Guard, which is awkward.
The thief is very slippery, but Celeste is determined to track them down and stop them. In the process, she learns more about her mum and indeed about Oswald. The second instalment in this space age adventure series is another fun delivery, a fast-moving story packed with incident that still has time for warmth and character development, e.g. visiting Oswald’s cosy home in Smogdon makes Celeste realise that she’s misjudged the place without knowing anything about it. The author’s black and white comic style illustrations are an added treat.
