Award winning Illustrator Ed Vere bravely takes a delightfully scary look at what makes monsters scared. It’s monster bedtime and everyone knows that when danger lurks under the bed or outside the door. Watch the smiling monster as he sets off on his mission, licking his lips in anticipation of his prey. Is he thinking about his next meal? Prepared to be scared as he creeps closer and closer and closer…but Monsters can be surprising too!
What if a monster were looking for a bedtime snack? And what if that snack just happened to be you? Gulp!
Ed Vere is also the author and illustrator of Mr Big, the story about the big Gorilla with the big heart and The Getaway. Banana, his book for pre-schoolers, is the perfect book about manners but only has two words - 'yes please' of course!
