Fairy Nuff has been rewarded with a knighthood for saving the kidnapped Queen. He has also become extremely rich through a wind fall inheritance - what is left for him to do now but celebrate his good fortune by hosting a massive party! So he invites the rich and famous, builds a theme park, gets the Chinese State Circus to make an appearance and prepares for the time of his life.
