Being kind is a way of behaving that is part of being a happy child. But it is not easy being kind all the time, and what does being kind actually mean? My Kind Book helps children discover ways to be kind and how to deal with times when they feel grumpy and hurtful.

By following Tiger on her journey, children will begin to learn how to be helpful, respectful, and polite-and why these things are important. The book also looks at what it means to be unkind, and help children cope with negative emotions.

Developed in consultation with a mental health professional Clare Arnold, CAMHS, My Kind Book provides the insight and vocabulary youngsters need to express how they feel and encourages them to talk about their feelings. With heartwarming, full-colour illustrations by Sara Ward, this book is perfect for children aged 3+.
