Oy Vey! Life in a Shoe

Oy Vey! Life in a Shoe Synopsis

So many children! What to do? Add chickens, geese, and a few goats, of course!

Lou Greenbaum lives in a shoe and doesn't know what to do with his thirteen children in a small house made out of a shoe--the rough-housing, the noise, the mess, it's too much.

When he goes to the rabbi for advice, he gets some unexpected help in the form of several barnyard animals. Maybe life wasn't so bad before...

A contemporary mash-up of the Mother Goose tale, The Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe, with the traditional Jewish folktale about a family with an overcrowding problem, The Noisy House, this high-energy adventure is chock-full of animals, kids, humor, whimsy, and silliness.

Sometimes things have to go from bad to worse, before you realize they were wonderful all along!
