Colin Cloud's having lots of fun down at Skytown Park today. He's making shapes for all his friends in a guessing game they play. When the Pollutants turn up to misbehave, Ronny Rain splashes them for fun.

But they soon warm up and start to dry thanks to Sammy Sun. They don't understand the water cycle and where the puddles go. So, Ronny Rain tries to explain and tells them what he knows.
