At least that’s the plan – they don’t always work quite as she intends. Dad is reassuring – no one gets it right first time, keep trying. Audrey’s inventions are truly inventive and the depiction of the loving relationship between father and daughter is beautifully done too. A book to entertain all readers with a particular appeal for young would-be engineers and technicians.
