Mark Chambers is a British children’s illustrator who lives surrounded by the beautiful, snowy peaks of the French Alps. He was shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2013 and won the Sheffield Children’s Picture Book Prize in the same year. He has also been shortlisted for the AOI World Illustration Awards with his piece, We Will Remember.
Although he wanted to be a professional golfer, chef and fighter pilot (not all at the same time), he found that his skills were much more suited to being an illustrator so he went on to study a degree in Illustration at the University of Lincoln.
