Super Cats v Maximus Fang

I think this book deserves to be read by everyone. I absolutely adored it.

I absolutely adored this book. This interesting book is about a cat called Tagg and he has to save everyone from a cruel and vicious villain from changing the weather to a nightmare.

Later, they receive news about Dr Specs plotting to break out of cat prison and wants to take back his latest invention to destroy the entire universe. My favourite part of the book was when a human was about to spray dog wee at a cat criminal. I think this book deserves to be read by everyone. Also, the quiz was very useful and fun to complete and the "meet the cats" gave me a surprise.

Great fast-paced book full of adventure and great characters. I loved reading it and wish there was more!

I really loved this book. The characters were really fun and I could read the book quickly as it went fast. I loved the different gangs if cats and the twist at the end.

I think this book would be suited to girls and boys age 6+ and that they would find it quite easy to read on their own

Super Cats vs Maximus Fang is a book where every character is a super cat. It’s a great book which has lots of ups and downs, adventure and weird happenings.

Super Cats vs Maximus Fang is a book where every character is a super cat. It’s a great book which has lots of ups and downs. There’s adventure and weirdness in this story. Nearly every super cat has a power, my personal favourite is camouflage.

The two main super cat heroes are Tagg, whose superpower is camouflage and Sugarfoot, whose superpower is a super yowl. The two main super cat villains are Gory Gus, whose power is telekinesis, which in case you didn’t know is moving things by only your mind and Maximus Fang, whose superpower is the power to change the weather.

When Tagg and Sugarfoot get sent undercover to see what Gory Gus’ team was doing , little did they know that they were going to have to free one of the world’s greatest villain Maximus Fang from jail.

This book is an easy-to-read adventure for children aged 6-7 years. It has a fun quiz at the end that involves questions about what hidden superpowers your pet actually has. My pet his hiding his superpowers really well….even though he definitely has some. I would give this book 4*, but then I am a little older that the ideal audience.

If you like Spy Dog/ Cats series you will probably like this book.

It's funny, exciting and makes you think!

I really enjoyed this book - it is an adventure and a mystery mixed together! With lots of Super Cat friends! I think it would be perfect for boys and girls in Year 4, particularly if they like superpowers, cats and humour! I would like to read more in this series or by this author - I liked the character descriptions and the interesting back story.
