This funny doggy tale has a special message for us all. The path of true love is never smooth and there’s a particular obstacle in front of Philip. He loves his new neighbour Penelope, with her kind eyes, waggy tail and beautiful smile. The problem as Philip sees it is that Penelope looks very tall, while Philip is so short his ears sweep the floor when he walks.
