"Another delightfully entertaining adventure for the ever-youthful Winnie and Wilbur."
Winnie and Wilbur have been delighting readers for decades and they are just as lively and energetic as they’ve ever been.
In this story, poor Wilbur decides to take a post-picnic nap in a campervan and wakes up far from home and completely lost. Fortunately, Winnie can use a bit of helpful magic to track him down. It involves turning all black cats red, but only temporarily, and the two are reunited before you can say can, ‘Abracadabra!’
Whatever Winnie and Wilbur get up to, their adventures are always full of humour, surprises and that all important (for little ones) reassuring sense of love and home. Korky Paul’s illustrations are extraordinarily bright and action-packed, and readers will have particular fun poring over the picnic pages, and the gallery of bright red pussy cats! Great fun!
In Winnie and Wilbur's latest adventure, Winnie wakes up from an afternoon nap to find her beloved black cat, Wilbur, has vanished. She can't find him anywhere and her friends haven't seen him either. Can Winnie use her magic to track down her missing pet?
