I liked how each story focused on a separate issue, it made each of them concise, clear and easy to follow. The first story “Bella wants to know what is Agronomy?” shows Bella’s curiosity and desire to learn new words to put into her blue book. I liked how it puts Bella as a role model for having the desire to learn new words and ask questions when you don’t know the answer.

Each story covers relatable topics like building confidence, controlling anger and even some help for when Bella is being teased, making the essence of the stories relatable and helpful as well as entertaining for younger (and older) readers. The simple narratives offer solutions with positive outcomes that will satisfy readers.

The illustrations featured throughout are in quite calming colours and complements the colour of the pages. The illustrations helped to bring the story to life and I found the fox with potatoes in his ears amusing. Even the depiction of the spider is friendly in appearance. This is a sweet collection of stories with positive and helpful messaging. Easy to dip in and out of, or read from start to finish.
