How Parisfal finds the true keeper of the Flame, the love of Yolanda and the friendship of Raimon is a beautiful story on a grand scale. Also available in hardback. “There is much to enjoy and admire in this book… the novel is marvellous and the book ends on a high of misunderstandings and seemingly impossible entanglements… Grant certainly knows how to tell a story… And she has woven such a gripping plot that I shall certainly be lining up to read book two.” Mary Hoffman (author of The Falconer’s Knot) The Guardian
“With this gorgeously and intricately braided novel, the first in the Perfect Fire trilogy, KM Grant provides a top-notch tale of star0crossed lovers, court intrigue, twisted religious hatreds and the mystical power of landscape” James Lovegrove, Financial Times
“…a beautiful story on a grand scale” Julia Eccleshare, Lovereading
