Hilarious action-packed new adventures for the intrepid Traction Man and his popular side-kick, Scrubbing Brush, in this fantastic sequel by prize-winning illustrator Mini Grey. After an intrepid exploration of the compost heap, Scrubbing Brush returns so dirty that the foolish adults put him in the bin.
Turbodog arrives to take his place as companion and best-friend but soon proves to be no substitute. Traction Man sets out to find his friend and triumphantly returns with him having rescued him from the perils of the dark and terrible underworld of the Bin. Comic strip in style, this is rich in visual and verbal jokes which will repay reading and rereading many times.

Together, Traction Man and Turbodog creep through the underpants and cross the wastes of the Sandpit. But it's not the same without Scrubbing Brush. Where can he be? Traction Man searches everywhere until at last he hears a faint bark coming from the Dark and Terrible UnderWorld of the Bin.
Wearing his Airtight Astro-suit with Glass Head-Globe and armed with a bottle of SuperStrong GERMO (with Ammonia), Traction Man sets out on his greatest rescue mission yet. Can he save Scrubbing Brush from the evil Bin Things? And is there room in his life for two pets?
