The Adventures of Robin Hood

The Adventures of Robin Hood Synopsis

Discover the legend of Robin Hood through eleven action-packed adventure stories.

Outlawed and living in hiding in Sherwood Forest, Robin, Marian and their band of friends have many adventures, keeping one step ahead of the villainous Sheriff of Nottingham and his men . . .

Robin Hood is the most daring of heroes and tales of his bravery and cunning have been handed down for hundreds of years. In this wonderfully fresh retelling, celebrated writer Adrian Mitchell makes these stories both thrilling and funny for today's children - tracing the life of Robin Hood from mischievous young runaway to legendary hero.

Brought vividly to life by Emma Chichester Clark, whose glowing illustrations superbly recreate the green and leafy world of the forest and all the characters who live there. Including Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, Little John and more.

This beautiful hardback gift book is fully illustrated throughout, with a stunning foiled jacket.
