Grandma has two watering cans. One is shiny, proud and perfect in every way, but the other one is old and leaky. The old watering can is ashamed of its leak, but when Grandma points out why she's kept it all these years, the watering can realises that it has its own, very important purpose.
Louise Royston-Smith currently works as a designer for a London publisher. When she’s not sketching in a park or experimenting with her art materials, you might find her enjoying a dog walk or rummaging through a charity shop with a coffee in her hand.
Louise hopes her illustrations will evoke feelings of nostalgia and bring a sense of warmth and playfulness to reading for children and adults alike.
