The story of Lucius and his gladiator brother Quin continues. Lucius must face his deadliest adventure yet as he tries to unearth facts to prove his father isn’t a traitor. But nothing is straight forward when it comes to life in Pompeii in AD 79. Full of gladiatorial action and adventure it’s a perfect introduction, particularly for boys to life, long long ago.
David Salariya, the Publisher says “A fast-paced historical adventure with unravelling secrets and a great sense of ancient Rome seen through the eyes of an eleven-year-old.”
