Chitra Soundar is an Indian-born British writer and storyteller. She is the author of over 40 books for children, including the award-winning picture books You’re Safe with Me and You’re Snug with Me, illustrated by Poonam Mistry. Chitra has lived in more than three countries and has published in Asia, North America and Europe. As well as writing books, she is a speaker, oral storyteller and toe-dipper in writing for the small screen.
