Anisha, Accidental Detective: School's Cancelled

This book is so amazing and funny. I finished it in a day! Anisha, Accidental Detective is the best book of the year. I love the way how the story and writing is set up and how the pictures match the scene. Anisha really looks like me.

This book is outstanding. I loved it so much that I finished it in one whole day!

School's Cancelled is about a girl called Anisha who is accused of causing a catastrophe at school and as a punishment gets banned from entering the science fair. My favourite part was when she confronted the culprit on the big day.

What made me read the whole book in one day was because there were so many suspects, I was determined to discover who the guilty culprit was. I liked how Anisha narrowed down the investigation to make it easier to figure out. I am so excited to read the next book. When is it coming out?

The illustrations are so mesmerising, Anisha really looks like me. I love her friends, Milo and Govi.

Anisha the Accidental Detective is a great book that I loved reading and I will tell all my friends about. I am 8 and I read this on my own. 5 stars!

Anisha Accidental Detective - School's Cancelled is a story about a girl who is chosen to represent her school with her friends at a science fair. During a practice for the fair their foam volcano flooded the whole school and that started Anisha as a detective trying to work out who had messed with their volcano.
The book is an exciting story that is funny in parts and a good read.

A fun book for anyone who likes mysteries and funny stories!

This is the second book about Anisha and her best friend Milo Moon who are accidental detectives. Mysterious things are happening in school this time and Anisha and Milo need to find out why their science experiment went wrong and nearly destroyed the school!
I thought it was an amazing mystery for them to solve and I was trying to solve it too! This book was very funny and interesting and really enjoyed reading it. My favourite character was Anisha because she's clever and good at solving puzzles. 10/10!

I found the book hilarious and I would recommend it for people who are 7-10 years old.

Anisha accidental detective is a very funny book about an Indian girl who goes to a school and they have a really exciting school fair there. However they have these very naughty cousins who are like her arch nemesis who she doesn’t like. Anisha and her friend Milo Moon have created the perfect reaction to create a Paper Mache Volcano Eruption. But while the duo was helping a teacher who had fallen into a locked door the eruption fills the hallway and floods the school!! They were blamed for starting the eruption but was it really an accident or was someone deliberately trying to sabotage them?

I found the book hilarious and I would recommend it for people who are 7-10 years old.

Anisha is back with a brilliant, funny school adventure.

Anisha is back! I read the first book in this series, Anisha, Accidental Detective and I loved the characters and couldn't wait to see what happened with Anisha next. I was not dissappointed in this story, School's Cancelled, Anisha, Milo and Govi's school project goes disasterously wrong. Did they get it wrong or was it sabotage?

This is another funny school adventures with the same recipe of fab characters an interesting, twisting plot and brilliant illustrations that will engage readers from 7+. I this and that this series has been great so far and can't wait to see if there's more to come.

A great mystery book that makes you laugh with a plot twist to keep you reading.

I love School's Cancelled! I am an huge fan of mystery books and this one is so much fun. I really like Anisha- her favourite subject is science just like mine.

There are loads of other great characters too- her best friend Milo is funny and has a pet rat, another friend is very anxious, the twins can be a bit mean and Auntie Bindi is loud and kind- she thinks she is good at planning parties but sometimes takes it a bit far!

This is a great book with good plot twist for children age 7 upwards

A great book full of excitement and mystery. It will make you want to pick it up and not put it down! Another great addition for anyone who likes the Anisha books.

I loved this book! After reading the accidental detective I couldn't wait to read this one.

It didn't let me down.

The book us full if excitement and twists and turns as well as a little bit of mystery.

Anisha makes you want to keep on reading and not put the book down. I also like the way you get to learn about some of her culture.... I've learnt lots.

Suited for all age groups and for both boys and girls.

An exciting and funny story, perfect for any reader.

Anisha is a huge fan of science! With her friends Milo and Govi, they've worked so hard to get a chance to participate in the annual Science Fair. But when they turn their backs, the experiment suddenly floods all over the school! Anisha is sure she didn't get it wrong. She thinks someone sabotaged it. But who...?

To start, I must say this book was really funny. There's a lot of jokes and a runaway rat! There are heartwarming touches of friendship and family too. Plus the author definitely understands kids really, really well!

Science is practically all over this story. It was nice to read about a hardworking schoolgirl who really wants to learn more.

The only problem with this book was that the suspect of the incident was too obvious. I could guess it straightaway. Otherwise a shy and small character probably wouldn't have been introduced. However, I'm not sure if others will find it obvious too.

I have to give this five stars- and that means you've got to read it!
