A delightfully funny tale that parents and toddlers can enjoy together from a young age just as much as 5-7 year olds will enjoy it reading alone. The illustrations are stunning and complement the humorous text brilliantly. Rest-assured children will be very participatory in the story and what’s more there’s a complete and unabridged CD to go with it – so those car journeys can be full of the characters in The Gigantic Turnip too.
First recorded in Russia in the 19th Century by Aleksei Tolstoy, this is a funny folk tale for children and adults alike. This title also includes a free story CD.
