Based on the UCLan Publishing logo and named after the Preston Footballing Legend, Sir Tom Finney, Finney the Fox has been brought to life by UCLan’s picture book illustration competition winner Alana Washington and illustrator Charlotte Caswell.
On the back cover of the book, readers will discover a QR code where they can access a free audio reading of Finney’s Story, narrated by actress Sarah-Ann Kennedy. A familiar voice to children across the UK, Sarah is best known as the voice of Peppa Pig’s Rebecca Rabbit and Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom’s Nanny Plum.
