LoveReading View on Animal Opposites

Small hands will be tempted by this charming interactive book which reveals opposites through attractive opening flaps. Some are obvious – a big elephant and a tiny mouse – but others are more imaginative and humorous. Nicola Killen’s illustrations are soft and gentle in colour and outline.

A previous Book of the Month in September 2013.

Animal Opposites Synopsis

This tortoise is slow ...This cheetah is fast! These creatures are all very different indeed. Have fun with animal opposites!

Animal Noises and Animal Opposites will join Animal Colours and Animal Numbers to make a lovely collection that teaches basic concepts through beautiful pictures and simple interaction.

The lift-the-flap format encourages direct engagement with the text and each book explores its topic with gentle language and vibrant images.  Wondering what’s beneath each flap will keep children guessing!
