About Joe Wicks
Known to millions of fans as 'The Body Coach', Joe Wicks is the bestselling author of ten cookbooks and the founder of Lean in 15. His chart-topping first book is the second highest-selling cookbook of all time.
Joe's passion for fitness was sparked at a young age, and he trained as a PE teacher after graduating from his degree in Sports Science at St Mary's University in Twickenham.
