This is a charming, clever and often hilarious story dealing with overcoming those awful fears of that terrible saga, the first day of school. Splat is cat who is nervous about his first day in cat class. So nervous in fact that he takes his mouse friend Seymour with him his lunch box. When the lunch box opens at school, chaos ensues! Very witty and combined with fantastic funny furry drawings, this book is bound to raise a Cheshire grin or two.
