More great reads: the best books for 4 year olds
An elephant is too heavy, a giraffe is too tall, a frog is too jumpy. Hidden behind a flap, each new arrival that the zoo sends is a wonderful surprise but never quite right. Until, at last, they send the perfect pet…. This is the perfect little miniature book to introduce all sorts of animals to babies and toddlers.
A letter to the zoo asking for a pet results in a succession being dispatched - all of the deliveries containing highly unsuitable pets! All, of course, except the last one.
