This is quite simply one of the loveliest and one of the most funny picture books I’ve seen in a while and is the ideal present for every young toddler this Christmas.
It’s particularly perfect as a confidence giver for both parent and child who find it hard to let go! It’s also a delightful book for a child who is just starting out on the reading adventure.

Little Roo says she's never going to leave her mummy's pocket, but she's getting far too big to be carried. So Mummy Kangaroo takes her hoppity-hoppity-hoppity, all round the big wide world, until Little Roo can't wait to go exploring by herself.
