Marie-Louise Fitzpatrick is an award- winning Irish author/illustrator. Her picture books include The Sleeping Giant, Izzy and Skunk, Hagwitch, There and Owl Bat Bat Owl. Her debut YA novel, On Midnight Beach, received rave reviews and was shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal. The Museum of Lost Umbrellas is her first foray into middle grade fiction.
