In his expedition, the boy is joined by a succession of friendly companions, a cat, an owl, a frog, a little Martian, and they stay with him until he realises it doesn’t matter where you sit, a book is best anywhere – a book is best when you share. Each page is an adventure in its own right, there are definitely stories hiding in the upholstery of these splendid chairs!
